MARKETING COORDINATOR

Harrington George and Dunn, LLC (HGD), a minority-owned, professional consulting engineering services firm headquartered in Atlanta, GA., currently has an excellent opportunity for a talented and energetic Marketing Coordinator. Candidate will work with staff across the company to update project description sheets, resumes, proposals, statements of qualifications and presentation efforts from start to finish. The Marketing Coordinator will support the acquisition of new business an internal/external communications. Research, record, track and verify all information garnered from multiple sources (field staff, internet searches, client files, etc.). Compile existing information (from project files) and new information (internet resources and internal technical expert interviews) to develop accurate project descriptions/relevant project stories to be stored in a central project location on the business development server. Maintain all company project descriptions in electronic form for use in client submittals, company website and social media. Candidate will verify all information garnered from multiple sources (interviews with staff, existing staff files, client submissions, etc.) Compile existing information (from staff files) and new information (interviews) to develop master resumes to be stored in a central resume/personnel location on the business development server. Maintain all resumes/personnel profiles in electronically for use in client submittals and industry engagements. Incumbent will participate in kick-off/strategy meetings. Assist in the preparation of responses to solicitations, including: letters of interest (LOI), statements of qualifications (SOQ), SF254s/255s/330s, technical proposals and presentations. Obtain, distribute and review the solicitation document(s). Maintain partner and sub consultant files associated with each submittal. Maintain/create branded materials that promote the services that are offered by HGD.

Requirements: A BA degree in Business, Marketing with a minimum of five years of experience. Must have extensive experience with social media which includes Facebook, Twitter Experience in website development is desirable .Unique talent for creating media releases, business development materials, public relations and reputational enhancement .Excellent copywriting skills, including technical writing. Strong knowledge of marketing principles and concepts and knowledge of loyalty program databases and operating systems. Effective problem solving, negotiation and analytic skills. Demonstrated communication skills including ability to present to all levels of the organization, ability to influence and ability to build and maintain internal & external relationships. Demonstrated project management skills in organizing, planning and executing mid to large size projects from conception through implementation. Should have content management experience with a high degree of computer literacy with advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook, Access, and Publisher) and must be Internet savvy. Excellent interpersonal skills are required to work and interface with customers, coworkers, and executive management.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

Harrington George and Dunn, LLC (HGD), a minority-owned, professional consulting engineering services firm headquartered in Atlanta, GA., currently has an excellent opportunity for a talented and energetic Structural Engineer. HGD is seeking a mid-level structural engineer to support efforts in the Atlanta-Metropolitan Office. Structural engineering experience must include BIM design software, frame analysis, concrete, steel; the ability to work with steel trusses and girders. Candidate must have current construction bridge inspection experience. HGD offers an exciting work environment with opportunity for growth.

Requirements: A BS degree in civil engineering with a minimum of five years experience. Candidate must possess knowledge of state/local jurisdiction design policies, procedures and codes. Candidates must be detailed-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills. P.E. licensed preferred.
